I do have a solution for you, but it will require you to consider a different hitch bike rack. Anytime you add an adapter to your setup, you reduce the maximum tongue weight of that system by 50%. A swing-away hitch attachment is considered an adapter. I have a different option for you, but there is not an air helper spring kit designed to fit your 2012 Ford Transit Connect. The Firestone # F2603 fits the 2013-2021 vans but not yours as 2013 was the first year of the 4th generation, and your 2012 van was the last year of the 3rd generation which has different suspension.

A third crossbar can be added to the 2014 Ford Transit Connect, but you will need to purchase a second full 2 bar kit, part # TH29611XT. This will install one bar into the middle set of holes on the roof of your 2014 Ford Transit Connect.

To replace the hardware for your Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13167 for your 2020 Ford Transit Connect you'll need to order part # RHK and then select Curt as the manufacturer and input 13167 for the hitch number. My first question is where is the wheelchair lift mounted? Because it could use the same mounting area/locations as a trailer hitch would. It might be a moot point though because with a trailer hitch installed, such as # 75678, the receiver will be directly below the rear fascia, with the cross tube also taking up some space in that general area, and that would interfere with the lift. For your 2021 Thor Axis on Ford E450 Chassis, you will want the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-147 and the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-176.
The rear anti-sway bar is the biggest impact because the enhanced stability greatly impacts the body roll and the rear axle positioning requires more stabilizing overall. We have something similar to that with the hood anchor straps from Malone part # MPG308 which you'd shut in the hood and gives you a nylon loop to attach to. You could also look at the Thule Hood Loops # TH529 that attach to a bolt under the hood and stay there when not in use.

This is a common question. Theoretically, what you propose could work but it isn't recommended.
Drawing the power directly from the battery helps isolate the vehicle's expensive to repair electrical system from any short circuits that could occur in the trailer wiring, which is why the trailer harness manufacturers recommend installing a direct battery connection.

It sounds like you could be referring to either Replacement Operator Mechanism part # MA10-20281K-1AF or Replacement Lift Arm part # MA10-20222KS which are both fits for a MaxxAir 7000K Roof Vent Fan. To install a 7-way connector like what you described in your 2015 Ford Transit Connect will first require a 4-way like the part # 118613 which is a confirmed fit.
Now if your trailer does not have brakes all you would need is the part # 37185 as an adapter to convert the 4-way to a 7-way.
If you do have trailer brakes you would need the # ETBC7 instead of the # 37185 and a brake controller. This kit comes with everything needed to wire up the 7-way and install a brake controller.
